We rate start at $245 for a fully furnished and utility inclusive unit with TV Wi-Fi Phone and weekly fresh linen and housekeeping services. Special Stipulations: occupancy is limited to two adults or 4 persons. This unit is designed for single or double person and the advertised rate is for a single person. Additional charges of $25 per week are applicable for each additional person (child or adult) occupying the unit. Rates do not include any state or local taxes. Taxes must be collected in addition to the advertised rates. Occupancy is limited so reservations are taken to assure availability.
