A little about the house, and what we're looking for. . . older house on a quiet side street right off of Main Street in Waltham. All the electric was updated 2 years ago, all brand new windows, brand new roof. The bathroom tub needs to be replaced, we're looking for someone to replace it. . .but in the meantime, it still is functional, it just leaks. Washer/Dryer hookup - use of the basement for storage as well. You would have access to the driveway as long as you coordinate with the other neighbor. We are discounting the rent based on market price, BUT in return we would ask that you keep the house clean, the yard tidy. . .the lawn mowed, the walkway shoveled, and pay the rent on time and generally maintain the house with any small repairs. We will ask for references. Tenant pays all utilities. Tenant will be responsible for yard care, shoveling, general maintenance.
