The house is located in a generally quiet neighborhood since there are quite a bit of families that live in the area. You won't have to worry about parking because there is open parking on the streets and we also have a driveway, which we have a weekly rotating schedule with our downstairs neighbors so that we can take turns parking in the driveway. 92 Fenwick has 3 beds, 1 shared bathroom, living room, sunroom, kitchen, and washer and dryer (located in the basement). The landlord has kindly furnished each room with a bed and 1 drawer set so you do not need to bring those items when you move.
