Living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. Even closets. 4. It is the best designed townhouse I have seen. (everyone who see’s it agrees), with cathedral ceilings in living room, master bedroom (and I think the guest room is also vaulted) 5. It has plenty of closet space and storage. (walk in master, wide closet in guest bed, huge double sized pantry, outside storage closet, shelving or cabinets on 3 sides of the garage) 6. It has a large master bedroom, and a larger guest bedroom (much larger than the 3 bedroom units), perfect for that office you’ve been wanting. 7. The kitchen has tons of drawers, and shelves. 8. The kitchen view is the golf course. The dining room view is the golf course. 9. The living room view is the golf course, AND the master bedroom view is the golf course. 10. It has an outdoor patio, great for barbecues and outdoor living. 11. It has a fenced private back yard. Plenty of room for a flower garden. 12. It has a breakfast nook. (this area could be used for an office desk, an extra refrigerator/or/freezer, book case, hutch - glass display, etc.) 13. All of the rooms are air-conditioned with split air. (this saves you money because you don’t have to pay to cool the whole house!) 14. Some units have built a permanent gazebo behind their house (requires permission) 15. No more hard to maintain carpets! 16. The kitchen is nicely designed with plenty of counter space to work, and breakfast nook. 17. It has a downstairs half bath. 18. Increasing value because there’s just not that many good places available on Oahu, and not much room to build new units. 19. Waikele is a wonderful location with about a 7 minute drive to 3 different Walmarts, a Sam’s Club, a Costco, a discount shopping center, a grocery store, numerous restaurants, Lowes hardware, 2 banks, gas station, a gigantic park and a smaller park with public pool, great area for taking walks, and exercise. About a 30 minute drive to Waikiki, north shore beaches, Ko'olina beaches, and Maile beach park. 20. A 2 car garage with additional off street park for 2 more cars. A number of guest parking spaces available when you have parties. (2 directly across the street) 21. It was very difficult to move from here because we could not find another view as good as this one. You pay extra for the great view, but when you sell it, you get your money back (and maybe an increase in value. There’s not that many reasonably priced townhouses on a golf course). 22.
