The bedroom has a queen size bed and a spacious closet. The owner hasn't installed flooring so the floors are painted for now. There's a large open pantry in the hallway with floor to ceiling shelves. The other dwelling is a Roberts Hawaii the bus that has been turned into a tiny home! It can be used as an Ohana/mother in law dwelling or for income. It has a bedroom in the back and the bathroom with residential toilet, shower and sink is in the center with the kitchen and living up front. The kitchen has a deep sink and granite countertops with a propane countertop stove and lots of storage. Lots of windows to view the ocean and surrounding hills. Both the homes come fully furnished with dishes, pots and pans, bath and bed linens - just bring your suitcase and start enjoying Hawaii! There's also a 8x8 shed intended as an art studio but currently used as storage and there is 100 square feet of extra storage in a storage shed in back of the bus which also houses the 12 volt 2k solar system for the bus - the cabin runs on it's own 24 volt 4k solar. Each of the dwellings are on different areas of the property for privacy. Each dwelling has it's own solar and propane and water . The whole property has Public County water! On this part of the Big Island that's like having gold on your land and adds real value to this agricultural property. The orchard is on a gentle slope and the trees in it consist of : 4 varieties of avocados, 5 varieties of citrus, 3 varieties mango, 2 varieties of fruiting olives, star fruit and Surinam cherry as well as a wonderful assortment of lovely tropical trees, shrubs and plants throughout the property. The whole property is fenced in by Paniolo rock walls and welded wire steel fencing and has a gate with remote control and key pad for security . The owner is currently living in the cabin and is still working on finishing up some things to the cabin and is renting out the bus. The new owners can retain the renter as income or property manager if they aren't able to live full time on the property .
