Maintenance & Common Areas: All food and drink to be consumed in the kitchen, dining room, and family room. -No eating or drinking in the formal living room area -Please thoroughly rinse dishes before placing them in the dishwasher. To conserve water, the dishwasher should only be run at full capacity. -Wiping down counter tops, tables and stove after each use is greatly appreciated. -Thank you for cleaning up and resetting the kitchen, family room after your use. Washer & Dryer for your use are located in the garage. -Laundry should be done while you are at home in case machines become unbalanced and noisy. -Please be sure that clothes are removed and machines are emptied after each use. -Lights and AC units should be turned off when the room is not in use. Garbage Collection: Please be sure all rubbish, especially food rubbish is bagged before throwing it into gray trash collection bin. -Big gray trash bin/garbage pick is on Friday mornings. Recyclable cans and bottles should be rinsed before throwing them into the blue bin. -Recyclable blue bin & greenery bin are picked up on alternating Tuesdays. Keys and locks: Landlord is giving the tenant the room key, house key and code, and yard gate key. Tenant may NOT have any additional keys made, locks changed or added, or codes reset without prior written consent of the landlord.
