Fully fenced in back yard with a small patio. It has a large extra room where the washer and dryer is that can be used for storage, extra bedroom, or game room. It is a smoke free home (includes all types of smoking). There will be a $250 fee per dog, with a limit of 3 dogs. We have space for one vehicle in the driveway room next to it for a 2nd vehicle. Lawn care, electric, and water will be on the renter. We will cover pest control, garbage, and internet.
