1. Rent: Due on the 1st day of every month.
2. Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent, required at lease signing.

4. Lease Term: Minimum of six (6) months.
5. Occupancy: Maximum of two (2) occupants, couples only. Or for a single person.
6. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
7. Pets: Pets are not permitted.
8. Maintenance: Tenants must promptly report any damages or repairs needed.
9. Alterations: No changes (painting, renovations, etc.) without prior written approval from the landlord.
10. Subletting: Not allowed without landlord's written consent.
