It is only three miles to Sugar Bowl's gondola, and one mile to the local beach. The upper level of the cabin has 3 bedrooms including the master with a private deck, and a newly remodeled bathroom. Below is the open plan kitchen, dining room and living room with a wood burning fireplace. There is also a 4th bedroom as well as a bathroom with clawfoot tub and laundry. There is a large deck with a dining table in the front and another deck in the back with a hot tub. The entire ground floor level is a garage with plenty of space to store your toys. There is a covered deck behind the garage with a barbecue. Renter pays for Electricity, internet and garbage service. Snow plow service, water and the first tank of propane are included. Fully furnished, but this is negotiable. 12 month lease preferred. First month rent due at signing. Small dogs permitted (20 lbs). No smoking.
