All adults planning to live in property MUST submit an application prior to scheduling a viewing of the property. You must submit a rental application and answer all questions on the form. Application fee is $40 per adult and will go toward screening fee. There is a non-refundable application fee. There must be no evictions and/or felonies for at least the past 5 years Must provide rental history and references. No co-signers are accepted. All applications are researched and verified by an independent screening company who provides recommendations of approval or denial Security Deposit $2800 Tenant required to purchase renters insurance and provide to landlord prior to move in date.
