Beautiful, sunny, and cozy apartment open for August 17 (but we're somewhat flexible on date). We have purchased a home and leaving this beautiful apartment after two wonderful years. The best part about this apartment is the location. Every day we wake up and look at Lake Monona through our full wall of windows. This apartment has been a haven for us. It's quiet but connected to the Monona Lake Loop, close to the bus lines, bikable/walkable to the Co-op or Festival foods, willy street shops and restaurants, downtown, and right next to BB Clark Beach and Orton Park. Excellent excellent location that we are sad to leave. Renovated from an old home, the apartment is cozy but feels spacious due to the large amount of light and open layout. Great for one or two people. Small, but full kitchen. Good, full size fridge (a new one since the photos were taken). Excellent heat in the winter, and easy to cool with a single window unit in the summer (or just leave all of your windows open). Plenty of storage both in the building and with three closets in the unit. This apartment has been great for the two of us, even during a year of working from home. We are looking for someone to take over our lease, which we renewed early in the year, before we began looking for a new home to buy. If we could have bought this apartment, we would have. Our closing date on the new home is August 16, but we are flexible on start time, and your lease would run until August 14, 2022. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
