3 bedrooms 1/2 bath in master bedroom Full bathroom in hall and the room is split in half like 2 open rooms in one space because the original laundry room was outside but right behind the bathroom wall so we knocked out the wall and raised the floor to combine the rooms and have an indoor laundry room which is wonderful! We have 1 family room or living room. We don’t have a den and fancy living room. We have a strangely long rectangular kitchen. I will admit most tables fit awkwardly in the kitchen if you want to get to the other side of the kitchen. So we have a smaller table now that is similar to a high top cafe table and which gave us so much room at the far end of kitchen we had room to make a double office for both me and my husband with 2 desks and complete office equipment. Just a suggestion for anyone else in the same situation.
