Beyond that, lease could be month-to-month if desired, and other half of deposit ($625 USD) would be due on that second month. Also know that I am in the military and I could deploy, go on extended travel, or change duty station. I am currently not scheduled for any of that but just to set expectations. I will let you know if I get orders as soon as I know so we can coordinate an orderly move out date. Please no smoking or uncaged pets.

    Active-duty Air Force stationed at Nellis AFB. Works weekdays 0600 - 1600. Active lifestyle with lots of outdoor hobbies he practices on weekends and sometimes during the week. Rarely cooks or has guests over.
