The house does not come furnished, but does include all major appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/range, and washer & dryer. Not only is this a great neighborhood with great neighbors and families, with this rental you gain access to the community pool, clubhouse, and private beach access. It is about a 2 minute bike ride to the beach or 10-15 minute walk to the beach. This house is 1 mile from dining, shopping, etc. This is a 12-month lease. Absolutely NO subletting allowed. Only those who sign the rental agreement shall be allowed to reside in this property. Owner pays annual HOA dues. Renter/tenant is responsible for all utilities including power/electric (typically between $70 and $125), trash, sewer & water (usually right around $90), and internet. There is a no-smoking policy inside this home. Some smaller pets may be allowed with an additional $250 non-refundable pet fee . Tenant is responsible for yard/landscape maintenance. All vehicles must be parked either under the carport or in driveway, cars can NOT be parked on the street for any extended period of time.
