No more than 5 occupants. The A/C and heating system is an energy efficient electric heat pump mini split and supplemental electric eco-heaters in the bedrooms. All utilities included except electric. Includes: water, sewer, garbage, high speed wifi internet, free onsite laundry on site, and secured covered bike storage. Parking is free street parking. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The home's close-in SE location is ideally located along Hawthorne, Belmont, Burnside, or biking to downtown in minutes, I-5, providing easy access to the neighborhood and the entire region. The home borders the Hawthorne District and is near the Central Eastside Industrial District, providing plenty of options for dining, nightlife, and shopping. The home is also near Colonel Sumner Park, The East side Esplanade, and minutes to Hawthorne. It's a quick drive or bike ride downtown Portland. Several bus lines run through the neighborhood. ABOUT ME: Z (m, 27) - I'm a pretty social person and a big fan of food, art, live music and the outdoors. I like to cook and am pretty good about keeping any public spaces neat and tidy (my mess is mostly contained to my room). I also currently work from home so I'm around for most the day M-F. YOU: -20s - 30s -Likes to keep common spaces reasonably pretty clean! Dishes get washed pronto, but I'm ok with a little mess. -Candid communication style- we address issues and ideas in this house openly and respectfully. -Able to pay rent on time. Also it may be best to not WFH but I'm not totally against it. -Able to assume the lease by May 1st. TERMS and CONDITIONS: No smoking permitted in the apartment No Pets, no exceptions No bikes inside (outside secured covered bike shelter parking) Monthly rent is $900 for the bigger room and $700 for the smaller room.
