No more than 5 occupants. The A/C and heating system is an energy efficient electric heat pump mini split and supplemental electric eco-heaters in the bedrooms. All utilities included except electric. Includes: water, sewer, garbage, high speed wifi internet, free onsite laundry on site, and secured covered bike storage. Parking is free street parking. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The home's close-in SE location is ideally located along Hawthorne, Belmont, Burnside, or biking to downtown in minutes, I-5, providing easy access to the neighborhood and the entire region.
