The living room has a wood floor, a ceiling fan, and window A/C, and a double size closet. The kitchen is huge and has a stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, Washer dryer, lots of light oak cabinets, and room for a table and chairs. The bedroom is off the kitchen. It is a converted sleeping porch. It has room for any size bed and wall to wall carpeting, a through the wall air conditioner, and a double closet with sliding mirror doors. The bathroom is off the kitchen it has a shower, a built in linen closet, and a built in vanity. In addition to sharing the front porch the apartment shares, a patio on the side of the house, a high efficiency furnace, and 2 hot water heaters. This apartment is one of 5 apartments in the house. Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Dogs over 40lb must be approved by property owner with the submission of a picture to verify height and weight and no large breeds are allowed. Dogs must be crated when tenant is not home and during maintenance or showing of unit. Showings are by appointment only. M-F, 9 AM thru 7 PM. We do not show on the weekends.
