Cleanliness: All roommates must clean up after themselves in shared spaces. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. Smoking/Alcohol: Smoking (cannabis, tobacco, vaping) is not allowed. Alcohol use must not disrupt others. Parking: Tenant may park in the driveway or along the curb. The vehicle must not block the mailbox. Only one vehicle is allowed per guest room due to limited space. Neighborhood: Tenant must refrain from any actions that cause concern or disruption to neighbors. Any damages caused by the tenant must be repaired at their expense. The Host is responsible for lawn care and upkeep of the exterior of the house. Tenant must report maintenance issues promptly.
