This house has a 850 Square foot addition. Original section of house as well as the addition has had Electric upgrade to 200 amp service and all new wiring through out complete house. All plumbing is new. Pex piping used through out, no copper. Kitchen and bathrooms are completely remodeled,and all new appliances. Water heater is 2 years old. Complete new heating and air conditioning system. Have installed new efficient mini split systems. Heat and cool very well. Also have propane heaters on walls in each space. were there before new units put in. We removed old stairs to upper level because they were very narrow and were not to code and installed spiral stairs which are to code. However, if purchaser doesn't like I will remove and build conventional stairs but will not be to code,ie tread and riser size. Roof was replaced on older section 5 years ago. 10x18 shed in back, as well as one extra wooded lot that goes with. Pretty much a new house with older shell.
