Each year improvements to the home have been made. In 2010 a new Geothermal Heating and Cooling System was installed along with a high efficiency electric water heater that is supplemented by the geo thermal system. In 2014 all new high efficiency windows were placed in the home with triple pane argon filled and coat glass. 2015 We installed solatubes in the Kitchen and mud room decreasing the need for use of electric light. Our home enjoys low monthly energy bills along with wood floors thru out. I true gem in a pleasant and inviting community.
