since I have owned this we remodeled the whole first floor opening and breaking walls dow, moving staircase to increase floor space, moved and remodeled kitchen to where dining room was moved living room to where the kitchen was, sitting area where living room was. adding another bathroom, moved laundry room upstairs from basement , added huge deck , new sun room with 2 sliders to deck one to hot tub other to step down into above ground pool. with full deck around it (1/4 way around the pool) added all new replacement windows , $20,000 brand new bathroom upstairs, added side lead pained window door to side yard /to garden and fire pit area, painted and updated porch, the spring 2008 the whole house will be painted this color, a healing aloe color with a cream trim and creamy redish accents. basement is finished with all new replacement windows also. new heat pump heating and central air 3 zones blown in insulation, new slider and replaced some windows. brand new bathroom gutted and remodeled all this in 2023 Neighborhood Description brand new tennis court/pickle ball ,basketball and baseball diamond. children's play park. right across the street. very good location even thogh busy street.. I have been here for 19 years and I love it
