ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT This Room Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on the ___ day of __________, 20, by and between Ngok Ching Ong ("Landlord") and ________________________ ("Tenant"). 1. PREMISES: The Landlord agrees to rent to the Tenant, and the Tenant agrees to rent from the Landlord, a private room in the property located at 93 Island Ln, West Haven, CT 06516 ("Premises"). 2. TERM: The term of this Agreement shall begin on the ___ day of __________, 20, and shall end on the ___ day of __________, 20. This lease will only be valid for the specified dates. If the Tenant wishes to rent the room for a longer period, a new lease agreement will be required for the new dates. 3.
