Some furniture and other household items negotiable for a very reasonable amount. Very energy efficient, electric bill which includes water has averaged less than $98 a month. This is due to high efficiency water heater, high efficiency AC and roof sheathing which is solid wood tongue and groove boards instead of OSB or plywood. Owners moving due to job transfer. This leaves a few minor items yet to be done, mostly touch up work. Garage ceiling popcorn partially removed but needs repainted. Previous owners put glass door from kitchen to garage but original wood door is still on site and can be put back up before closing if buyer likes.
