I is an old rectangular church. the downstairs (basement) is a finished mostly single room with a lagre kitchen with four sinks and two stoves. It used to be a wedding chapel and before that it was a social club. The upstairs has a small bedroom in the front and a large chapel area that has been converted to a display area and two painting studios that are opened. There is a bathroom with a toilet and sink and a room where misc. work takes place.
