Sleeps 7 comfortably. A/C and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Available Summer only. Accepting bookings for Summer 2025. July is already rented. Quiet street, parking in driveway or on street in front of property. No smoking, no pets please. 26 day minimum please. Summer Rental- 2025-Max occupancy 7 persons. No subletting or "gifting" residence. Not for commercial use, no weddings or large parties permitted. Owner pays utilities. Tenant pays cleaning person weekly $170.00 per week. Schedule provided in advance. No smoking, no pets of any kind please. Available June 1st- June 27th and Aug 3-Sept 4th. $20,000.00 per month. July 2025 is already rented. 50% deposit due upon rental, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund given if I can re-rent for same timeframe at same terms. Security deposit due upon arrival.
