Hello, my name is A.J. and I'm looking for a roommate. I would prefer another student but I'm open to negotiation on that.I currently live in San Francisco and I?m transferring to UCSD for the Fall Semester as a mechanical engineering major. I will be living in the Mesa Residential Apartments on campus at UCSD. It?s a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment (link to virtual tour: http://hdh.ucsd.edu/arch/tourMesa.asp) (Address: 9246 B Regents Road La Jolla, CA 92037). Originally my wife and I were going to live in the apartment together but we hit a slight hiccup. My wife works at Bloomingdales in San Francisco and she can?t transfer to another Bloomingdales location until she has been working for the company for a year and it may still take another month or two after that for the transfer to go through. So My Wife will not be able to move in until sometime in or after February. This leaves us with two apartments and two rents to pay. So, now you know why I?m looking for a roommate. It would be $495.00 per month with a $495.00 deposit (last month?s rent) and it would be a month to month tenancy. It would be just me for the first five months but after that it would be my wife and I in one room and potentially you in the other. We are pretty quiet, calm, and understanding people. We aren?t one of those dysfunctional couples that have no communication skills so you won?t hear any fights across the walls; in fact, we?ve never raised our voices at each other. And if 3 people in a two bedroom apartment will bother you, well, that?s why it?s a month to month tenancy.
