Yard is watered through a sprinkler system controlled by a Smart device, a 3rd generation Rachio. Renters will be provided with an account on the system to allow access through the associated, free, app. The driveway has been extended on the side of the house. The garage has room for two cars and the side drive will allow for 2 more cars without any car preventing another from being able to back out. There is also one large shed for use. Master bedroom has attached master bath and walk in closet. And last, but not least, Connexion (municipal broadband) is available at this location, with full upload and download fiber bandwidth.
