It's a cozy little place on the second floor with a view of the mountains looking out the west living room windows. The place is totally furnished. They just installed 2 NEW Jacuzzi's at the pool area and they are HOT! The local FREE bus stop is about 120 yards away and comes every 20 minutes ( 5 after, 25 after and 45 after the hour) to the Aspen gondola & the main bus station @ Ruby Park. It will take you to all 4 mountain areas. So once your car is parked in the lot (there is an association $50 fee) there is actually no need to use it again until you leave. You can even walk to the local grocery store, on the paths, which are 3/8 mile away and 5/8 mile to the gondola using the shortcuts. You can also take the bus. Owner pays all utilities, electricity, gas, cable & WiFi. No pets and non smoking complex. Short term rentals of less than 3 months pay in full. You can park in the main lot but after a big snowstorm cars have to be moved for the plows to cleanup the lot.
