Safe neighborhood near shops and transit. House is spacious, sunny, quiet, and tidy. We are 1/2 block off Solano Avenue with lots of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and CVS, and 1/2 block to 18 bus line. Rental is month to month with a six month minimum. Room is 12' x 10' and has a full-sized bed and a desk. Good sized closet. Additional storage closet for you outside of room and bike storage in garage. Bath is shared with one roommate and has a tub/shower combo. Room is available furnished or unfurnished. Kitchen has dishwasher and we have a washer/dryer. Two semi-private living rooms. Backyard and deck with gas grill also. I am a self-employed female lawyer age 59 from Chicago. I work from an office in the home. My other roommate is a physicist who works at Lawrence Livermore Lab. She is from India, is 33, and has lived here for 5 years. The house is generally quiet because we work mostly from home, but we are fun-loving, and up for going for dinner or playing a board game. Our neighbors are great. We have a monthly housecleaner included in rent. I provide all of the kitchen cleaning supplies. Our internet is Sonic Fusion 1GB. Looking for someone who is responsible and considerate. Its a really spacious house in a great neighborhood and I take care of most everything. Utilities are $200 per month. Monthly Housecleaner is included in rent. Lease is minimum six months but month to month after that.
