This simple home based in a simply lovely town, there’s an United, Dollar general, family dollar, 3 convenient stores, an amazing football;basketball teams! If you enjoy bird watching or just peace and quiet Frederick is very close to the wildlife reserve. It’s not a perfect town as no town can be, but I’d raise my family here! The home is located directly down the road quite a way from the middle and high school, they’re called the bombers and Frederick hosts WWII jumps from planes and have an amazing group! There’s also a public pool and an awesome golf club. So about the house, it has new pex plumbing throughout, currently only has one bathroom but there is another one being added on. The hot water heater works as far as I know. There’s new faucets. There will be a new tub surround put on. There’s 2 new water shut offs, one by the house and one by the meter. There’s a nice chain link fenced in yard. The entire house is being remodeled, so everything will be fresh. There’s brand new carpet in the living room, front bedroom, middle bedroom, back bedroom. There will be linoleum or such put in the kitchen and bathroom. The ceilings are in good shape. The roof will be redone with metal. You’d have to get a washer over dryer set. There’s new doors to be put in the rooms, there’s new lighting fixtures throughout, the electric has been redone and just needs to be approved by the city. The siding will need to be redone but it’s in decent shape. The foundation likely needs to be leveled or whatnot.
