Hello, This is an amazing 2 bed 2 bath apartment that is tucked in the beautiful Wood Creek community, next to JFK Law University in Pleasant Hill. It will be available starting early April. After living in the unit for two years, my wife and I absolutely loved it here. We are moving into a house at the end of March, but will truly miss living at Wood Creek. Apartment: This particular apartment (923 Mossbridge Ct) is special because there is no one below or above you. It definitely feels more like a house than an apartment. The unit is 1,019 square feet (floor plan attached). The unit comes with a washer+dryer, central air/heat, dishwasher, microwave, and fireplace. There is a balcony with a nice view. The place has tall vaulted ceilings and spacious closets. The kitchen and living room have hardwood flooring while the bedrooms have carpet. The place was recently remodeled with upgraded kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Parking: You get a private one car garage with lots of storage space. There is also plenty of open parking for your friends/family by the apartment or right on Longbrook Way. Amenities: As a Wood Creek resident you get free access to a fitness center with both cardio equipments and weights, several large swimming pools with jacuzzis, barbeque area and a kid's playground. The landscaping is gorgeous at Wood Creek with many ponds and fountains spread throughout. The apartment is about a 10 min drive to BART and 5 minutes to Sun Valley Mall. There are numerous restaurants walking distance such as our favorites: Honda Sushi and El Aguila Mexican. The leasing staff is exceptionally nice, especially Debbie Foust who is the sweetest person you will meet. Really..Debbie is just an awesome person. Any issues that we have had got quickly resolved by either telling Debbie directly, or by submitting a request on Wood Creek's website. They are very responsive and will fix things within 48 hours.
