1920 farm house on nice setting of 1/2acre, fenced. Lots of house for the money. imoney. 3BRs & 2BA on main level, country kitchen, dining, living and laundry rooms in addition to 2 bonus rooms in attic and a huge garage area. roof does not leak except for the corner where it connects to the garage. but will certainly need to be done soon. or at least half of it. the front half with the pine needles around. everywhere where there was a downspout. I believe it's three places the downspout has been broken off or just disconnected and water has run down the Walls there. so that is the most major work there. also, one of the bathroom definitely has some leak around the shower
