YOU KEEP ON SAYING MY HOME WAS SOLD FOR THAT LOW PRICE,A BIG MISTAKE BY YOU, AND YOU MUST CORRECT THIS IMMEDIATELY. My home on 922 Thomas Ave was renovated and I also did get a BRAND NEW ROOF on it a few days ago on December 23, 2018. Also NEW BLONDE HARDWOOD FLOORS INSTALLED IN LIV.ROOM, DIN.ROOM AND HALLWAYS. NEW OUTSIDE HOUSE PORCH BEING FENCED. I, BIRGIT OLSEN,AM THE SOLE OWNER OF 922 THOMAS AVENUE, N.MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. AND MY HOUSE WAS NEVER SOLD SINCE.
