This is a duplex that is split front and back (this unit is in the front of the house) so there are a few shared walls. The kitchens share a wall between them and the smaller back bedroom shares a wall with the living room in the back. Both sides of the house have their own private yard and laundry so you won't be sharing. The tenants in the back are a polite, responsible couple. The house is very close to the bus (with a straight shot to downtown) and walkable to the shops/restaurants in greenwood. This is available beginning to middle of May. 12 month lease minimum. Responsible for bills.
