I need someone to take my spot in a four bedroom house for the 2015-16 school year. I would be leaving the lease and you would be signing on I have already paid the security deposit to the landlord so instead of paying your security deposit to him upon signing- it would go to me. It is a beautiful house, the outside admittedly isn't the greatest looking but for the price- the inside looks really nice for student housing. The floors are wood, pets are allowed. You would be living with three girls, one has a dog and one has a cat. Parking is off street, there is a driveway with enough space for your car. The house is right across from Hobbes ice center which is nice. Rent is only $325 a month.
