If you want to view the property, please complete the pre-qualification form below. If you pass the pre-qualification, you may schedule an appointment to view the property. If a tenant currently resides in the property, 24-hour notice must be given in order to show the property. Please bring a current photo ID with you when you come to your viewing appointment. If you're interested in leasing the property, please complete the application, gather the necessary documents and return them. The application must include the non-refundable $19.95-$29.95 application fee. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. An application is not considered accepted until the application fee and any necessary documents are received. You must fill out the application completely. Upon approval, the tenant will sign a standard 1-year lease. When the lease is signed, the security deposit, and any applicable pet deposit is due. The security deposit will hold the property until the move-in date. First month's rent, the utility checklist, and proof of renter's insurance is due when the tenant picks up the keys. If the move-in date is after the 1st of the month, a pro-rated amount will be due. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late and subject to any penalties after the 5th.
