1. Lack of proper documentation proving adequate income to pay rent (earnings must be equal to three times the monthly rent amount).

1. Civil Judgements and/or excessive collections.
2. Bankruptcy, foreclosures, and/or negative credit.
3. Lack of credit history.
4. Minimum credit score of 700.
