We require FIRST month and SECURITY deposit (same as the rent) to be paid before move in, and at least 1 person named on the lease with a 700 credit score or higher to waive paying the last months rent in advance of move in. Verifiable gross monthly income should be at least 3 times the monthly rent. No more than 4 people to live at the home, and a relatively close/soon move in date.
