All ages welcome! The home is available for move in, after becoming approved by the owner and the association. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pets may possibly be accepted, on a case by case basis; non-refundable pet fee would apply, however, THE ASSOCIATION WILL NOT APPROVE PETS OVER 25LBS., AND A MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS ALLOWED. Once moved in, the owners will re-imburse the tenant for our app fee and the associations app fee. This is a large two bedroom, two baths, two car garage home, with a very large bonus room that spans between the side of the living room to the master bedroom, which could be used as an office, hobby room, den, or whatever your heart desires. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath, with a walk-in shower, and Jack and Jill sinks, with a very large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has an adjacent guest bath, with a walk-in shower. There is an indoor laundry room off of the garage, washer/dryer, and a built-in ironing board. There is a $100 one time fee to access the Country Clubs ammenities under the owners membership, which offers access to many ammenities, such as the golf course, clubhouse, restaurant, gym, pool, pickleball, bocce, billiards, the library, and scheduled monthly events. Our office has an application fee, $50 per adult, and the association has a $25 application fee, with their approved needed before move in. Included is Water/Sewer, Trash, Grounds Maintenance, High Speed Internet, 2 cable boxes, TV Basic Cable Package, Spectrum Sports View, and Entertainment View, however, the tenant would need to set up an account with Spectrum and supply their own Router (or pay Spectrum monthly for the Router rental). Requirements: There is a $50.00 application fee PER ADULT to run a credit and background check and landlord and employment verification. We require FIRST month and SECURITY deposit (same as the rent) to be paid before move in, and at least 1 person named on the lease with a 700 credit score or higher to waive paying the last months rent in advance of move in. Verifiable gross monthly income should be at least 3 times the monthly rent. No more than 4 people to live at the home, and a relatively close/soon move in date.
