The apartment faces south onto a fully fenced yard with garden space and a large patio and has numerous windows that fill it with natural light. On the lower level of the house, the apartment stays cool all summer long. Amenities include a dishwasher and washer & dryer in the unit and ample closet space. Well socialized dogs and non-spraying indoor cats are welcome (one large pet or up to two small pets allowed). Near bus lines, Aurora, and I-5 on-ramps, this is an incredibly convenient location for getting wherever you need to go. It's a short walk to Greenwood Avenue's shops, restaurants, and street fairs and just 3/4 of a mile from Green Lake Park and all of the amenities of the Green Lake neighborhood. This apartment does not include a parking space. Ample on-street parking is located just around the corner on Linden Ave. Two bus stops with frequent service are located steps away on the same block, including the E-line to downtown and the 45 to the University of Washington. Minimum Criteria for a successful application: A copy of a valid driver's license, passport, or similar government ID for each applicant. A completed credit check for each applicant showing a credit score above 650 and free of evictions/bankruptcies. The applicant is responsible for paying the credit check fee directly to Experian through their online process. A completed application for each applicant including employment information, rental history, and landlord references. A verification of employment information showing gross income 3 times rent. A positive landlord reference; a poor reference may be grounds for rejecting an application. Desired move-in date matches earliest date apartment is available. Later move-in dates will be considered if no applicant wishes to take the apartment at its earliest availability. If the applicant owns a dog, a pet interview MUST be completed prior to acceptance of a tenant. This property is pet friendly. For the safety of all residents aggressive/reactive dogs will not be accepted. If the applicant needs to seek out language interpretation or translation or if the applicant needs a reasonable accommodation for a disability please notify the owner. Every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable requests. The property is not required to and does not set aside units to serve vulnerable populations. This property will not be rented to registered sex offenders. Tenant pays all utilities. Water/sewer is a $70 monthly fee per person, Electricity is metered separately. The backyard is shared with the unit above. No guns allowed on the premises, no smoking allowed inside the apartment. Pets (1 large or 2 small) are welcome with an interview. There is a non-refundable $160 cleaning fee included in the deposit. The remainder of the deposit ($1440) is refundable.
