Do not go to house without an appointment, currently rented! House on a cul-de-sac. Fenced in Yard with sprinkler. 2 car garage open for renters. Current renters are estimating they will be out Feb 17th. Pictures are from a few years back, new carpet in 2018. *Will not show house for a few weeks. *Will have a friend take newer pictures and show house closer to mid January. Renter pays all utilities, water covered by owner. Renter to maintain outside area, keep grass cut and weeds under control. No smoking in house. Will consider 1 dog with a $350 nonrefundable pet deposit, no cats- we are allergic. Currently have a vehicle in the 3rd garage and Personal items stored in the smallest bedroom and crawl space. Renting house as a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath/ 2 car garage. I use apartment.com to verify renters and receive rent. I need time to set my house back up on that site for new renters. I will accept Zillow applications but will still take rent payments through apartment.com.
