The house has a large front yard and a semi-enclosed backyard with a stone patio and wooden deck. The living area consists of a first and second floor covering 1,900 square feet. On the first floor is an open kitchen dining room area, which leads to a separate sunroom with sun-lights cut into the slanted, cathedral ceiling. Also on that first floor is a full bath, and three small bedrooms in a row down a hallway. Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom with a built-in vanity, relaxing tub, and separate walk-in shower. From the upstairs bathroom there are winter views of the Adirondacks. The basement is 1150 square feet and includes a washer, dryer, workshop, and lots of room for storage. There is also a single-bay garage, attached by a breezeway which acts as an unheated mudroom. We do not allow subleasing and we won't be dealing with agents. No smoking indoors. Renter pays for all utilities, and organizes their own snow removal.
