Host Rights & Responsibilities: The Host reserves the right to cancel the reservation and immediately terminate occupancy if any of the following occur: Failure to make payments on time or incurring additional charges. Failure to comply with rental policies or cooperate during occupancy. Unauthorized occupants staying on the property. Removal of property from the premises without the Host's written consent. Abandonment of the property or failure to pay rent. In the event of abandonment or non-payment, the Host may take immediate possession of the property and remove the Guest's belongings, storing them at the Guest's expense.
