Important Policies: Holding Fee: A $250 holding fee will be forfeited if guests fail to check in or make timely rent payments. Early Departure: If you wish to move out earlier than the agreed-upon term, a minimum of 30 days' advance notice is required. Failure to provide notice will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. Host Rights & Responsibilities: The Host reserves the right to cancel the reservation and immediately terminate occupancy if any of the following occur: Failure to make payments on time or incurring additional charges. Failure to comply with rental policies or cooperate during occupancy. Unauthorized occupants staying on the property. Removal of property from the premises without the Host's written consent. Abandonment of the property or failure to pay rent. In the event of abandonment or non-payment, the Host may take immediate possession of the property and remove the Guest's belongings, storing them at the Guest's expense.
