Hi! I’m a travel nurse and not home most of the time. I’m looking to rent my 3 bds, 1 bath house in Goose Creek, off hwy 52. 3 months lease with ability to extend. Lots of privacy, corner lot house. $1500/month, covers EVERYTHING (water, electric, sewer and internet). Looking for for 1-2 people to move into my guest room and take care of the house when I’m not there. Must have a stable income and pass background check. I’m kinda a clean freak so love for cleaning is a must. No smokers and no drugs please. One small pet is allowed (dog/cat under 30lb) with $500 not refundable deposit.
