Our furnished, private, and freestanding carriage house has water, electricity, and internet and is available month to month through the end of February. We have almost four hundred 5 star reviews on Airbnb. All utilities (internet, power, water, trash, sewer, lawn care) are included as well as a once per week cleaning and linen change. We will provide potable water in large 5 gallon jugs as long as needed. You are welcome to book through Airbnb, by searching for the East West Nest in West Asheville. This will waive your need to pay a security deposit. The bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress and the living room has a full size pull out couch with a foam topper. We have a coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, countertop toaster oven/air fryer, two burner hot plate, large countertop oven, and mini fridge with small freezer. You'll have all necessary cookware, utensils, and plates you'll need. There's a smart TV in the living room with Hulu (no cable). Our home is accessed by two flights of stairs, so we do not recommend this home for anyone with walking difficulties. Off street parking for two cars. Please contact me directly before applying.
