There is a queen size bed with an amazing natural latex mattress. Free covered off-street parking in the carport! There is a lot of storage. Free use of the new washer and dryer are shared with the downstairs tenants. This is a legal duplex. The gas bill is paid to the landlord. Hot water and cooktop/oven are natural gas, heat is electric baseboard and paid to Seattle City Light.
