Our rents range from maximums of $1350 (English Basement) to $1900 (one bedroom) to $2300 (2 bedroom), with downward variations due to size and floor plan. The area is one of inter-mingled townhouses and small garden-style apartment buildings. All of our units are within a contiguous three-block area in that neighborhood (on Church St., S. Alfred St., and Jefferson St.).
