We have been offering quality apartments with hands-on owner-provided maintenance in this area in the southern part of Old Town Alexandria for forty-five years. We have 55 one or two bedroom units with a variety of floor plans. On average, we have one of these units available for rent each month. Our rents range from maximums of $1350 (English Basement) to $1575 (one bedroom) to $2100 (2 bedroom), with downward variations due to size and floor plan. The area is one of inter-mingled townhouses and small (four to six unit) garden-style apartment buildings. All of our units are within a contiguous three-block area in that neighborhood (on the 900 block of Church St., and the 800 blocks of S. Alfred St. and Jefferson St.).
