Unicorn Property Alert. Rent one of the two two recently renovated beach cottages on an acre overlooking the ocean. A private gate gives access to a quiet and beautiful San Simeon beach. Each cottage is 2br/1.5ba, and can sleep 5-6 comfortably. There is no comp for this experience. Just a couple miles from Hearst Castle, the Elephant seals, and downtown Cambria. In the process of getting short-term rental approval, but for now we require a 30 day minimum stay. Families & friends are welcome to share in our family's new oasis. No parties at all. It's a quiet area with friendly neighbors, so please respect the property and beachfront. No smoking on property. Parking should be in the driveway only (not in the garage), or on the street. Lease can be 30 days long, and send inquiries about various dates to see if it'll be available. The tenant shall maintain the property as if they are in a long-term lease, but we will be available to assist with larger issues.
