This unit has a 2.5 car garage, split entry (kitchen with huge island and pantry, dining, family, 1 bedroom or office and full bath up, 2 bedrooms, full bath and laundry room down), 2-3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a great room (large open family/dining room/kitchen area). There is a lot of storage throughout this unit with large closets etc. Laundry room with laundry sink and water softener, hook-ups for washer and dryer are provided (sorry washer and dryer are not provided). This unit is very energy efficient with a gas forced air furnace and central air. Tenant pays all utilities. Garbage collection is provided. Lawn care and snow removal are the tenants responsibility. We do in some cases allow small dogs with a written reference from a past landlord and additional deposit and rent ($50 per dog), dog must be current on rabies and spayed or neutered. Sorry but we absolutely do not allow cats or smokers. We do check past landlord references and your credit/criminal history with submitted application (credit scores of 700 or higher needed). We do require an approved application prior to scheduling a showing. We kindly provide our tenants with a 24 hour notice for showings so please keep this in mind when calling to schedule a showing. Security deposit and last month's rent due at lease signing ($2,800). Tenant is responsible for all utilities, snow removal and lawn care. Garbage collection is included.
