Home tour by appointment email me: gravette@jsu.edu My wife and I purchased the house in 2008. • We have painted the house from bottom to top. • Replaced all the plumbing and plumbing fixtures. • Replaced all of the wiring switches and plugs, including the meter and the 200 amp breaker box. • Remodeled the two full bathrooms downstairs and put in a new full bathroom upstairs. • Gutted the kitchen down to the 2x4s and replaced all the cabinets with custom cabinets. Much of the wood came from the house or barn on the property, so it's made from 100-year-old heart pine. • Installed central air conditioning downstairs and in 2018 installed central air upstairs. • New roof 2017
